To prescribe a course of treatment to alleviate symptons of a problematic filing system, it is imperative that a consultative meeting is arranged. The meeting will involve The File Doctor and nominated representatives from your organisation.
At the end of the first meeting, the next course of treatment will be discussed and agreed. The initial consultation is not chargeable.
