Data Compilation
The compilation of data consumes staffs' valuable time. In order for personnel to spend their time on the day to day running of your organisation The File Doctor can undertake the project at a time convenient to you. The project can be undertaken during the week or over the weekend. Data will be recorded in Excel.
You may require this service if:
- New files need to be indexed
- Inventory of archive files need to be recorded when boxed ready for transportation to off-site storage facitlity. This detail will inform you of contents within each box.
- File status identification is required. This information will determine whether is live, archive or needs to be destroyed. This will ensure all files on site are live hence reducing valuable floor space utilised by cabinets
